Chipotle cinnamon rub is a seasoning mix that works no matter the weather outside. The chipotle pepper powder (and a pinch of cayenne) provides a smoky heat, while the cinnamon adds that comforting sweet warmth that’s so loved during cooler months.
Use it as a rub with pork, chicken, or beef, or simply sprinkle it after grilling to add a little oomph to your cut of meat. Don’t stop with this seasoning as just a meat rub. It’s delicious sprinkled over French fries, added to ground beef for Mexican meals (tacos, enchiladas, etc), or simply sprinkled on eggs!

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Taste a small amount and adjust proportions accordingly. Want it sweeter? Add more brown sugar. Want it spicier? Increase the chipotle (will add smokiness too) or cayenne pepper powder.
