Ingredients
1 lb. gemelli 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts kosher salt freshly ground black pepper 1/2 c. cooked bacon, crumbled 1/2 c. ranch dressing 2 tbsp. freshly chopped chives
Directions
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook gemelli according to package directions until al dente. Drain and transfer to large serving bowl.
Meanwhile, cook chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and chop.
To bowl, add pasta, chicken, bacon and dressing and toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with chives.
