Holidays are an important aspect of all cultures dating back to the beginning of recorded history. Holidays can have meanings based on religion, culture, calendar date, regional area and so on. While some holidays are meant for an individual, most are meant for larger groups if not everyone

Holiday activities

Most holidays have an assortment of activities, cuisine specific to that holiday, and other festivities. As cultures and beliefs have integrated, so have holidays. You may find a household celebrating both Christian and Jewish holidays based on family history, or a Family celebrating both American and Mexican Independence.

 

It doesn't matter the holiday, as we honor them all and the cultures they come from.
